The desire to live in unique new home on Alamitos Bay, along with a great referral from another client, brought the Schultz’s to Long Beach and Jeannette Architects. Life in Southern California should be an outdoor experience, so we designed the downstairs to open to the front patio and capture a view to the ocean and Naples fountain. Close attention to the detailing of the kitchen and master bath created a luxurious atmosphere to these well used areas, as well as being functional and comfortable.
