Our client had lived in this 1970’s tract house for years and was ready for an extreme remodel and wanted to push the limits of modern architecture. One of the first Modern conversions in the city, we vaulted the main space ceiling, captured the existing attic space for living space and introduced industrial finishes in the material palate. With it’s simple and clean lines this home won a Cerritos City Wide Pride Beautification Award.
