This 1959 Classic Mid-Century Home was originally designed by William Krisel and built by the Alexander Construction Company. It was completely rehabbed in 2009 after being rented and abused for 15+ years. Our goal was to keep the character as original as possible while updating for today’s lifestyle and technology. Solar panels installed soon after these photos were taken along with energy efficient product selections generate more energy than the home uses yielding Net Zero Energy characteristics. This home as been on several home tours including being featured on Palm Springs Modernism Week.
