This client came to us looking for a new master suite and garage to their early 1900’s Spanish home. After brainstorming with them, we created a new 2nd floor with the Master Bedroom off the rear connected via a breezeway / bridge to the Master Bathroom and Closet toward the front. This allowed us to reduce the impact of the addition on any one area of the existing home thereby reducing costs and providing a wonderful covered patio below.
