The scope of this project involved the addition of approximately 1500 square feet including a new second floor for the bedroom and living functions. The home was completely gutted to the studs to run all new infrastructures. The exterior massing of the home with it’s new 2nd floor stepped back from the street sits nicely within the community. Special attention was given to the ceilings to create comfortable interior spaces with typical 8’ ceiling heights. The outdoor courtyard area features a spa with open beam trellis, tv, barbeque and outdoor dining areas as well as a peaceful fountain. Contractor: Pettigrew Construction
