The transformation of this home from the original non-descript 1970's 3 story box to this modern home was an exciting challenge. The entire home was gutted to the studs and returned to a Modern/Mid-Century asthetic. The interior was redone and includes additional catering & prep kitchens for the grand events hosted by the owners. The home entertains very well with the indoor / outdoor spaces. 2 Auto Lifts were installed in the raised garage to get cars off the street and we completely redesigned the beach side / rear yard with reflecting ponds, jacuzzi, sun deck, dining and fire pit.
