Adding a new master suite at the second floor for this family allowed the small room in the front to become their office and their son to have his own larger, updated bedroom. We gutted the entire home adding a Powder Room, designing a new Kitchen and updating everything downstairs and creating a wonderful Master Suite upstairs that captures the view of the bay while not overbuilding the lot.
